使用數據：我們自動收集您與平台交互的資訊，包括覽覽器類型、設備資訊、访問頁面和會話時長。

通信數據：我們保留您傳送给我們的工單、電子郵件和其他通信記錄。

用于提供、維护和改進我們的交易服務及平台功能。

向您傳送關于帳戶、交易活動和服務更新的重要通知。

分析使用模式，改善用戶體驗、平台效能和交易策略。

檢測、防止和處理欺詐、安全問題和技術問題。

我們不會向第三方出售您的个人數據。

我們僅在以下情況下共用數據： 代表您執行交易的加密貨幣交易所； 處理訂閱付款的支付處理商； 改善我們服務的分析提供商； 法律要求的執法机構。

所有第三方服務提供商都有合約義務保护您的數據，並僅用于我們指定的目的。

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When transferring personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or rely on adequacy decisions where applicable.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the jurisdictions described above.

帳戶資料於帳戶有效期間保留，並在刪除後保留 90 天以便復原。

交易資料與績效指標自產生日起保留 3 年，以符合法規遵循與爭議解決需求。

通訊紀錄（客服單、電子郵件）自最後通訊日起保留 2 年。

使用分析資料保留 12 個月，之後將進行彙總與匿名處理。

帳戶刪除後，我們將於上述保留期限內移除或匿名化您的個人資料，但法令另有規定者除外。

我們使用必要的 Cookie 來維护您的會話和偏好設定。我們使用分析 Cookie 來了解用戶與平台的交互方式。

您可以通過覽覽器設定控制 Cookie 偏好。停用必要的 Cookie 可能會影響平台功能。

我們實施銀行級安全措施，包括 AES-256 加密、安全 API 通信（TLS 1.3）和定期安全審計。

API 金鑰在靜態儲存時加密，絕不以明文形式暴露。我們使用僅限交易的 API 權限，確保您的資金無法被提取。

雖然我們努力保護您的數據，但沒有任何電子儲存方式是 100% 安全的。我們建議您使用強度高且不重複的密碼，並在交易所帳戶上啟用兩步驟驗證。

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR Article 33.

Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you directly without undue delay, providing clear information about the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the measures we are taking.

We maintain an incident response plan and conduct regular security assessments to minimize the risk of data breaches.

您有權访問、更正或刪除您的个人數據。您可以直接通過帳戶設定管理大部分數據。

您可以隨時通過 team@10quant.com 申請完整的數據導出。

您有權隨時撤回數據處理同意，但這可能影響您使用某些平台功能的能力。

本平台不面向 18 周歲以下的个人。我們不會故意收集儿童的个人數據。如果我們發現此類數據，将立即刪除。

我們可能會不時更新本隱私政策。重大變更将在生效前至少 30 天通過電子郵件或平台通知告知您。
