使用数据：我们自动收集您与平台交互的信息，包括浏览器类型、设备信息、访问页面和会话时长。

通信数据：我们保留您发送给我们的工单、电子邮件和其他通信记录。

用于提供、维护和改进我们的交易服务及平台功能。

向您发送关于账户、交易活动和服务更新的重要通知。

分析使用模式，改善用户体验、平台性能和交易策略。

检测、防止和处理欺诈、安全问题和技服问题。

我们不会向第三方出售您的个人数据。

我们仅在以下情况下共享数据： 代表您执行交易的加密货币交易所； 处理订阅付款的支付处理商； 改善我们服务的分析提供商； 法律要求的执法机构。

所有第三方服务提供商都有合同义务保护您的数据，并仅用于我们指定的目的。

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When transferring personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or rely on adequacy decisions where applicable.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the jurisdictions described above.

Account data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 90 days after deletion to allow for recovery.

Trading data and performance metrics are retained for 3 years from the date of generation for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

Communication records (support tickets, emails) are retained for 2 years from the date of last communication.

Usage analytics data is retained for 12 months, after which it is aggregated and anonymized.

Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within the retention periods specified above, except where retention is required by applicable law.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR Article 33.

Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you directly without undue delay, providing clear information about the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the measures we are taking.

We maintain an incident response plan and conduct regular security assessments to minimize the risk of data breaches.

您有权访问、更正或删除您的个人数据。您可以直接通过账户设置管理大部分数据。

您可以随时通过 team@10quant.com 申请完整的数据导出。

您有权随时撤回数据处理同意，但这可能影响您使用某些平台功能的能力。

本平台不面向 18 周岁以下的个人。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人数据。如果我们发现此类数据，将立即删除。

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将在生效前至少 30 天通过电子邮件或平台通知告知您。
