서비스 약관

10Quant(이하 '플랫폼')에 접속하거나 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 서비스 약관(이하 '약관')에 구속되는 것에 동의하는 것입니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않으시는 경우 플랫폼에 접속하거나 사용하지 마십시오.

본 약관은 귀하와 10Quant 간에 체결된 법적 구속력이 있는 계약입니다. 당사는 본 약관을 수시로 업데이트할 권리를 보유하며, 귀하가 플랫폼을 계속 사용하시는 경우 변경 사항에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

10Quant은 암호화폐 시장을 위한 자동화 페어 트레이딩 플랫폼을 제공합니다. 당사의 서비스에는 자동 거래 실행, 실적 모니터링, 리스크 관리 도구 및 분석 대시보드가 포함됩니다.

본 플랫폼은 귀하가 제공한 API 키를 통해 지원되는 암호화폐 거래소와 연결됩니다. 모든 거래는 귀하의 거래소 계정에서 실행됩니다. 10Quant은 어떠한 경우에도 귀하의 자금을 보관하지 않습니다.

서비스를 이용하시려면 계정을 등록하셔야 합니다. 귀하는 계정 자격 증명을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 귀하의 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다.

등록 시 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공하셔야 합니다. 정보에 변경 사항이 있는 경우 즉시 업데이트하시기 바랍니다.

귀하는 만 18세 이상이어야 하며, 거주하시는 관할 구역에서 암호화폐 거래 서비스를 합법적으로 이용할 수 있어야 합니다.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or any practice that could distort market prices or disadvantage other market participants.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform, its algorithms, or its underlying technology.

You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Platform for purposes other than those expressly permitted, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

You may not abuse the Platform's infrastructure, including excessive API calls, bandwidth consumption, or any activity that could degrade performance for other users.

You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys. You must use trade-only API key permissions and must not share your API keys with any third party. You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of your API keys is your responsibility.

당사의 자동화 거래 전략은 정보 제공 및 실행 목적으로만 제공됩니다. 과거의 실적이 미래의 수익을 보장하지 않습니다. 거래에는 상당한 손실 위험이 따릅니다.

귀하는 모든 거래 결정(자동화 전략 사용 포함)이 귀하 자신의 위험 부담으로 이루어진다는 점을 확인합니다. 귀하는 거래소 계정에 대한 완전한 통제권을 가지며 언제든지 전략을 일시 중지하거나 중지할 수 있습니다.

10Quant은 도구 제공자로서 개인화된 재무 조언, 투자 자문 또는 포트폴리오 관리 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

암호화폐 거래는 전체 투자금을 잃을 수 있는 등 상당한 위험을 수반합니다. 시장 상황, 기술적 장애 및 규제 변화로 인해 중대한 재무적 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다.

귀하는 당사의 위험 고지 문서를 읽고 이해하였으며, 자동화 거래 시스템 사용과 관련된 위험을 수락함을 확인합니다.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10Quant does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any trading data, analytics, or performance metrics displayed on the Platform.

You acknowledge that the Platform relies on third-party exchange APIs, network infrastructure, and market data feeds. 10Quant is not responsible for any losses resulting from exchange outages, API failures, data feed errors, or any other third-party service disruptions.

법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 10Quant은 플랫폼 사용으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 직접적, 간접적, 부수적, 특수 또는 결과적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다. 여기에는 거래 손실, 시스템 중단 또는 데이터 유출이 포함되지만 이에 국한되지 않습니다.

당사의 총 배상 책임은 청구일 전 12개월 동안 귀하가 10Quant에 지불한 총 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 10Quant, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

구독 요금은 귀하가 선택한 플랜(월간 또는 연간)에 따라 선불로 청구됩니다. 모든 결제는 당사가 승인한 결제 파트너를 통해 처리됩니다.

당사는 BTC, ETH, USDT 및 USDC 등 암호화폐 결제를 지원합니다. 가격은 미국 달러로 표시되며, 결제 시 환율에 따라 변환됩니다.

환불은 신규 구독자에게 적용되는 30일 무조건 환불 보장 기간 내에 가능합니다. 보장 기간 이후에는 사용하지 않은 구독 기간에 대한 환불이 제공되지 않습니다.

플랫폼의 모든 콘텐츠, 소프트웨어, 알고리즘 및 자료는 10Quant의 자산이며 지적재산권 법률에 의해 보호됩니다. 귀하는 플랫폼의 어떠한 부분도 복제, 수정, 배포 또는 역설계할 수 없습니다.

10Quant은 유효한 구독 기간 동안 귀하에게 플랫폼을 개인적 비상업적 거래 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없는 라이선스를 부여합니다.

10Quant shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

This also includes exchange outages, API deprecations or failures, regulatory changes or government actions affecting cryptocurrency trading, network attacks (DDoS, hacking), blockchain forks or consensus failures, and pandemic or epidemic events.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 consecutive days, either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice.

어느 당사자든 언제든지 본 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 계정 설정에서 구독을 취소할 수 있습니다. 해지 후 현재 청구 주기가 종료되면 플랫폼에 대한 접근 권한이 상실됩니다.

당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나 사기 활동에 종사하거나 플랫폼 또는 다른 사용자에게 위험을 초래하는 계정을 일시 정지하거나 해지할 권리를 보유합니다.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 10Quant.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10Quant is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and 10Quant and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.

당사는 수시로 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 발효 최소 30일 전에 이메일 또는 플랫폼 알림을 통해 귀하에게 통지됩니다. 변경 사항이 발효된 후 플랫폼을 계속 사용하시는 경우 개정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
